The property owner will be responsible for organising the cleaning between two bookings. We do expect the house to be left ready for cleaning and everything back in place.
There will be bin bags available. Waste instructions will be given at the arrival. Waste will be separately collected.
All costs related to the damage of the property will be deducted form the deposit. If the deposit will not be sufficient to cover the cost, the tenant will pay the difference on first request.
We ask to report damage or breakage immediately to the owner.
Included: all utilities (heating, electricity), tv, Wifi
Pets are not allowed.
Included: all bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Each bed has a mattress with a protectionscheet, pillow and duvet.
Guest are asked to use linen on all beds.
There is always wood in the living room on arrival. The amount of wood corresponds to 3 boxes at 4€. You can always ask for more. For each additional box of wood, we will charge 4€.
Welcome box
A welcome box can be ordered at 15€. It will be filled with goodies that help you feel right at home the minute you arrive.

Please order this welcome box by the booking of your reservation. Of course it is allowed to bring your own.
Food
The kitchen is fully equipped to make your own dinners. As the property is secluded (first shops or bakery are at 5 km of the property), bread and pastries can be delivered every morning by our local bakery.
Or, meals can be delivered by a local caterer. You will find all information in the welcome leaflet.
However, there are local restaurants at 500 m walking distance: Restaurant Ancienne Belgique and The Chalet.
