You will be amazed of the incredible rural palette of green and variety of landscapes our region has to offer. You can explore this by a network of 25 signed trials. 7 trails go up to the region of Flemish Flanders, 3 other trails or more educational.

Whether you are coming with children or you are an experienced athlete, there are several ways to enjoy these routes. They will lead you to the countryside with its beautiful paths, woodlands, mind-wowing panoramas, geological and architectural curiosities and local crafts. We have it all.

Regional products

The Flobecq brewery, which produced a beer in 1958 for EXPO 58, has exceptionally decided to reproduce this wonderful beer, that can be discovered since 23 March 2018. This mythical beer subtly combines tradition and modernity, like the Atomium, today and 60 years ago.

In the Quintine brewery in Ellezelles, the whole family puts a lot of effort into the production of lager, brown and white beers. The production respects the traditions: red copper bowls or the previous day's brewing and bottling method.

A few more 'delicacy' suggestions: 'La ferme Dorlo' in Frasnes-lez-Buissenal with healthy and qualitative products: butter, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, chicken, rabbits, small fruits and vegetables ...

In this region you can take fantastic and artistic walks on ‘the Path of the Strange’ (le Sentier de l' Etrange) in Ellezelles, you will find magnificent pieces of art from Watkyne, follow the footsteps of Hercule Poirot, the witch Quintine and the devil ...

The enchanted path in Frasnes-Lez -Anvaing: this path is said to be inhabited by mysterious creatures.
Along the path 'Circuit of medicinal plants' in Flobecq, you will discover a number of medicinal plants and magnificent sculptures.
